A long-distance move has more pieces that need to fall into place than a local one. Route planning, time windows, stowage and handling during transport are factors that determine whether the move is successful. You are kept updated throughout the move and have a contact person with us from start to delivery.

Moving across the country is a big step — so it helps that for us, it's an everyday job. On average we carry out more than one long-distance move per day, and half of our long-distance moves are over 650 kilometers.
Every route planned by our logistics director
A long move has more pieces that need to fall into place than a local one — yours gets an experienced planner from day one. Before your contract is signed, our logistics director has priced your move and planned the full route. They have planned thousands of long-distance and international moves. If anything changes during your move, they re-plan it immediately.
A fixed price built on your packlista
You'll know exactly what your move costs — and exactly what's included — before you decide. Before you book, we go through your move with you by phone, room by room, including cellar and balcony. The result is your packlista: a written specification attached to your quote and your contract. Everything on it is covered by the fixed price.
Every customer is asked for a review
You don't have to take our word for how a move with us goes — our customers will tell you. After every move, every customer is invited to leave a review on Reco. Reco verifies each review and shows our 100% invitation rate on our profile.
About the RUT tax deduction
The RUT tax deduction (a Swedish tax deduction for household services) can reduce the cost of many of our services. You receive up to 50% of the labour cost directly on your invoice.
When you hire a company for household services, you may be eligible for a tax reduction on labour costs, up to 50%. Costs such as fuel, vehicle rental and equipment are not included.
The RUT tax deduction applies to services such as household moves and move-out cleaning.
For storage, only the labour cost for transport to and from the storage facility is eligible.
The deduction does not apply to storage or transport unless it is part of a move.
Cleaning services in the home are eligible regardless of whether they are related to a move.
You must pay sufficient tax in Sweden to use the deduction.
The combined annual limit for RUT and ROT is SEK 75,000. ROT is a similar tax deduction for home improvements.
You do not need to do anything — we handle everything. The deduction is applied directly to your invoice.

RUT deducted directly on your invoice
Your RUT deduction takes care of itself. We apply it directly on your invoice and handle all reporting to Skatteverket — there is nothing for you to apply for or claim back afterwards.
Specialist items agreed at the quote stage — packed and insured accordingly
The things that matter most to you get their own plan. If you have a piano, safe, artwork, or other sensitive items, we go through them when we prepare your quote. Our trained movers build protective packaging around high-value items, and when we handle the packing, the insurance covers the full transport. For especially valuable items we can arrange extended cover — we agree the details directly with the insurer on your behalf.
Insured via Trygg-Hansa from the moment we take charge
Your belongings are covered the whole way — and if something happens, you deal with one party: us. Your belongings are insured from the moment we take charge of them until delivery. The insurance is provided by Trygg-Hansa. If something is damaged, you contact EnFlytt and we handle the claim with the insurer directly.
We strictly adhere to Bohag 2010: the Swedish industry standard for moving companies, developed together with the Swedish Consumer Agency (Konsumentverket). This gives you peace of mind regarding liability and claims handling.
Frequently asked questions about long-distance moves
Most direct transports within Sweden are completed in one day. With consolidated transport, or for large volumes, delivery can take 2–5 days depending on route and capacity. We always state a concrete time window in your quote — you know what to expect before you book.
With direct transport, we drive straight from your old address to your new one, with no reloading along the way. With consolidated transport, your belongings share space with other households' belongings on the same route — you save on cost but need to be flexible on dates. We explain both options in the quote and work out which one suits you best.
The price depends on volume, moving date, and flexibility. If you can be flexible with your moving date, we can often offer shared transport, which reduces the cost. All prices are fixed and clearly stated in your quote.
Yes. For volumes under roughly 20 m³ we often offer consolidated transport. This makes the move more affordable, but can mean a somewhat longer delivery time. This is always clearly explained along with the quote.
Of course. Just be aware that the insurance does not cover damage caused by inadequate packing that we did not carry out. If our movers spot any risks at loading, they will raise it with you right away so we can find a good solution together.
If something is damaged, you simply contact your contact person at EnFlytt. We handle the entire claim directly with the insurance company. The insurance covers damage occurring after we take charge of your belongings and throughout the transport until unloading.
Yes. We operate nationwide. We carry out moves along the entire country — from Norrbotten in the north to Skåne in the south.
