How long does an international move take?

Most moves within the EU/EEA take between 3 and 10 days door-to-door. The quote includes a planned delivery window, and you receive updates throughout the process.

Can you move to all EU/EEA countries?

Yes. We handle moves to all EU and EEA countries, including islands such as Åland, the Canary Islands, Corsica, and Madeira.If additional documentation or sea transport is required, we include this as part of the planning.

What affects the price the most?

The price depends on volume, moving date, and flexibility.If you can be flexible with your moving date, we can often offer shared transport, which reduces the cost. All prices are fixed and clearly stated in your quote.

Can I move small volumes, such as a student room?

Yes. For volumes below approximately 20 m³, we often offer shared transport.
This reduces the cost but may result in a slightly longer delivery time.

Can I pack myself?

Yes. However, we need to review the contents of all boxes to ensure compliance with transport requirements.
Please note that insurance does not cover damage caused by insufficient packing if it was not carried out by us.

What happens if something is damaged during the move?

If anything is damaged, you contact your EnFlytt contact.
We handle the entire case directly with the insurance provider.

Do I need to arrange customs documents myself?

No. For moves within the EU/EEA, we handle all required documentation.
If anything needs to be signed, we inform you in advance and guide you through the process.
